Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your debit/credit card is registered is also present on your order. We will deliver to the Shipping Address on your order unless you advise us otherwise. Orders received before 12 noon will be despatched same day (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched on the next working day.
For guidance, we will mail UK parcels as follows:
Royal Mail Signed for items up to 2kg: we offer either 1st or 2nd Class delivery options. 1st Class deliveries are expected 2-3 days from despatch* and 2nd Class deliveries 3-5 days from despatch*.
ParcelForce 48 for items over 2kg+ (&/or odd/long shaped - expected delivery 2-5 days from despatch*).

All deliveries, whether by Royal Mail or Courier, must be signed for.
Should you require any item urgently, we do offer a Next Day delivery service. Items MUST be ordered by 10.30am and paid for IN ADVANCE to allow time to arrange a courier where necessary. We use either Royal Mail Guaranteed or Other courier services for packages up to 4kg and to mainland UK addresses only. Royal Mail Next Day Delivery guarantees your delivery Monday-Friday before 1pm on the day following receipt of your order. Other courier services may deliver at any time between 8am-8pm on the day following receipt of your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail and delivery is within 48 hours subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days during busy periods and we are unable to confirm a delivery time.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods depending on size and weight. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery is very much out of our control. Jollytots Equestrian shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
All our parcels require a signature on delivery. Where an item remains uncollected from the Post Office and is returned to us we will charge a 10% restocking charge, this will be deducted from the total value of your order.
Unfortunately we no longer ship outside of the UK. For those customers with recently purchased orders, the following terms still apply. Orders may take between 10 and 30 days from ordering to receipt. This time scale is out of our control. All orders will be sent using Royal Mail's 'International Tracked and Signed' for service.
Customers are liable for any taxes or duty applied to their order by the country of delivery, upon delivery.
From 01/01/2021 EU customers are liable for any taxes or duty applied to their order, not only upon delivery of said order, but inclusive of any taxes or duty applied to their order should it be returned to Jollytots Equestrian in the UK. Any taxes or duty applied, and which are charged to Jollytots Equestrian, will be deducted from the refund amount paid to the customer.

Unfortunately we no longer ship outside of the UK. For those customers with recently purchased orders, the following terms still apply.
Jollytots Equestrian shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Whilst rare, Royal Mail or our courier service may fail to deliver your item to you. We always use a service that requires a signature on delivery, should you fail to receive your item please do let us know so that we can try and trace it. In the event that your item is not delivered within 10 days of the expected delivery date, we will either send you a replacement (subject to availability) or issue you with a refund. Jollytots Equestrian will seek to claim compensation from Royal Mail or our courier service. Therefore, should your original item be delivered to you after you have received your replacement, please do return it to us!
Items Signed For but not received - In the rare event that your item has been signed for but you have not received it, please, in the first instance, ask your postman about the parcel - they will have provided the signature on delivery and may well have left is somewhere safe or with a neighbour (during the current Covid situation, they are providing signature on your behalf, so the signature you see on the 'delivered' section in tracking will be theirs). As the item has been 'signed for' it would then become a matter for Royal Mail's claims department. We are happy to provide you with as much information as you need should you wish to make the claim yourself, or if you would prefer us to try, you will need to wait until the claim has been processed before any further action can be taken.
If you need to return a product purchased from Jollytots Equestrian please ensure your email us for a Returns Authorisation Code, you have 14 days from the day you received your delivery to do so. The returned goods must be in a resaleable condition and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. A form is enclosed with your order which should be completed and returned to us with your returned item(s). Please do try and return the item(s) and packing in the same state as you received it!
Due to the safety element of riding hats, helmets and skull caps, no returns can be made after 14 days of receipt of your item.

Gift With Purchase
If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift or promotional item, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift or promotional item, your refund will be issued less the value of the bonus gift or promotional item.
Due to continued abuse of our exchange policy, sadly we will no longer be able to offer this service.
Condition of Returned Items
All goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Please return your items and packaging in a state in which you would wish to receive them! We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund an item that does not have it's original labelling either attached or returned with the goods.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 30 days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Jollytots Equestrian website, or by phoning us on 07740 946349. Cancellations must be made within 14 days although please be aware that most of our orders are despatched within 24 hours!
We have now sourced 100% biodegradable mailing bags! We will also use recyclable cardboard boxes for smaller items and for larger items it is our policy to use either paper wrapping and/or recyclable packing material and boxes. We want to help to ensure our children's future is a bright one and by minimising the amount of new packing materials used we can help to do our bit for the environment!
